* DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Yes, we can ship to most of target countries worldwide and FREE shipping for order over $50! If you do not find shipping option after filling in checkout shipping info, you can contact us for help.

 

* HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order processing time takes 1-2 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 4-6 days! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to one month in special case. You can contact us for specific shipping times.

 

* MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? EVEN AFTER YOUR PROMISED "2 WEEKS" WHY?

While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or the destination is out of service for certain carrier. If it does not arrive by 6 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed!

 

* I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?

Due to different handling time, your ordered items may be partly shipped with different parcels. Meanwhile, part of parcels may experience shipping delays while others do not. If not receiving whole items, you can contact us to check with your name and order number.

 

* WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?

If you plan to get one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

 

* ORDER TRACKING

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 days of placement unless otherwise stated. Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel's journey.
